The lamination oven is designed to Produce PVB Glass with out the need of an Autoclave.
Operators would prepare the glass in a clean room environment; assembling Glass PVB Glass. This Assembly is placed into a Vacuum Bag on a rack.

The Entire rack filled with assembled pieces of glass is rolled into the Oven and goes through a controlled and programmable Heating/Cooling cycle.

While the first batch is Curing, the Second batch is being prepared by operators on another rack. The Equipment Cost and Energy cost is a fraction of a Traditional Autoclave style system.
