Designed with UVEKOL, this like allows easy production of Liquid laminated Glass.

Three Key Benefits are Cost of the Equipment and Cost of Production, and a Clean room is not Necessary.

Process Components:

1) Taping table: The operator prepares a piece of glass, sealing off the edges of glass

2) Tilting Assembly Table: The operators apply a second layer of glass; combining two pieces of glass with a gap between.

3) A filling table: Operators fill the gap between the glass with liquid Resin.

4) UV Curing Oven: Ultra Violet light Cures the resin between the glass. This bonds the Liquid to the glass.
